Eee3x is a purpose-built boutique studio at the cross-section of cultural programming, experiential design, and aspiration. We serve public, corporate, and private clients to create events that matter.

Usually, each week we curate themed events that unfold across three interconnected locations—but we also create many other unique formats, tailored to different interests and occasions.

Our mission is to foster community by creating events, masterclasses, and opportunities for meaningful connection.

No need to worry—everything’s arranged. If you’d prefer to bring your own things, just check the event caption. You’ll usually find a list of suggested items there.

If you're running late, we encourage you to let us know. While we understand delays can happen, we recommend arriving on time to make the most of the event.

Most locations are within walking distance. However, if the walk exceeds 20 minutes, transport is arranged.

We do our best to deliver every event as planned. If a segment needs to be changed due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ll offer an alternative and keep you informed throughout.

Again, we do everything we can to ensure our events go ahead as planned. However, as a small independent agency, we may need to cancel if fewer than half of the tickets are sold. If that happens, we’ll notify you at least 3 days in advance and issue a full refund.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
– Cancellations made 6 days or more before event: full refund
– Cancellations made 3–6 days before event: 50% refund
– Cancellations made less than 3 days before event: unfortunately, no refund can be offered.

We’re able to move your booking if requested more than 3 days prior to event.

Gift vouchers are available. You can choose a set value for a future event or gift a personalized experience. Just drop us an email to arrange one. It’s a quiet gesture of generosity—offering time, place, and the simple art of slowing down.

Vouchers are available as digital editions, sent by email, or as designed printed copies—packaged with care and posted to an address you choose. Digital vouchers are personalised, so please allow 12–24 hours for delivery.

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to plan an outing whenever it feels best.
